Review

I went for a consultation because I felt a lot of trust after reading the director's blog. I asked many questions, but he was quite cynical and I felt he was unfriendly. I think empathy between patient and doctor is important for surgery, so that was disappointing. After the consultation, when I spoke with the manager, I understood my trust in the director, but she was so unfriendly and had such an attitude of "if not, then forget it" that I was very disappointed.
