I state that I have no intention of slandering the above medical institution. I received functional nose and cosmetic nose-tip surgery around last December. My breathing function became very difficult. Hyperventilation symptoms, paradoxical nasal obstruction, the septum was not corrected, and because I was breathing so fast, the inside of my nose became dry. Before the surgery, I was happiest when I had rhinitis. Back then I only had rhinitis occasionally, and it caused no problems in daily life or exercise. Now I feel lethargic and breathing is very difficult, and I keep breathing through my mouth. If I breathe through my nose, I become consciously aware of breathing. All day long. Cosmetic part When I looked at the before-and-after photos, I couldn’t tell what had changed. If anything, the cosmetic result got worse. The functional side was bad too, and for the cosmetic side, the columella was pulled in. The columella curled inward, centered on the open rhinoplasty scar. Even though the nasal tip was supported, lifted, and various maneuvers were performed, there is no difference from before. Medical staff at other clinics said the same thing. The directors at other hospitals also agreed with me. They said my original nose was a long nose and they couldn’t understand why rotational grafting was done to make it longer. They said that aesthetically my original nose was prettier and better too, but after surgery my condition worsened functionally and aesthetically, so I deeply regret going myself and having surgery at [Clinic A].
