The hospital was clean and the facilities were good, and they were kind. The director answered questions well when I asked. At first I thought he might have been a bit annoyed, but seeing how well he explained things in detail, I guess that's just his usual style. He explained several possibilities.

I didn't like that they wanted to do such a large surgery. It was also extremely expensive. And when I said I wanted to correct my nostrils, the doctor suggested surgery with costal cartilage, which scared me a bit.
