I’ve seen this mentioned in many other posts too, but I’m writing it in case it helps someone. I had surgery about 11 years ago when I was at BK. There were many posts saying that the before and after were very different, and that matches my experience exactly. Before surgery, I decided to go ahead after being told they couldn’t promise 100%, but that they would do it beautifully. But during the consultation, I was told that if I did an out-line it would be too high and look very unnatural, so I accepted that and decided to do a low line, but the result was a very high line, just like the one they had said would look unnatural, and it was made very thick, so even after several years it never became any lower. They said they worked hard to match my uneven eye shape, but later when I had it reopened, I found out that I had no idea I had ptosis correction done, and it had been fixed in a strange place. So it seems I had quite a bit of discomfort when opening my eyes normally. At the consultation, they said we would do fat grafting twice, and I paid for it and the fat was already harvested, but when I came for the second round, with anesthesia already done, maybe they didn’t want to do it, because as soon as they saw me they said, "Ah, the fat grafting last time turned out amazingly well," and didn’t do it. When I went back for follow-up to adjust the line, after doing one or two spots, maybe they got annoyed, because while doing the next one, they suddenly dragged an instrument across an area that hadn’t even been anesthetized. There was severe pain and I heard a nurse screaming beside me.
