I feel like the consultation fee of 10,000 won was a waste because they explained so little. Even when I asked questions, they didn't answer and just stayed silent and scolded me. I wondered whether communication would even be possible after surgery. It's a revision surgery hospital, so even if they explain things well, I'd still be worried and anxious, but I went in with expectations and was disappointed.
