I had my first surgery at Duhan Plastic Surgery Clinic. (eyes, nose) I have a bulbous nose, thick skin, and almost no columella from the start. I had the surgery there 5 years ago. Honestly, my nasal bridge and columella were what stressed me out, so I wanted them to work on the columella, but the director said it was risky and didn't touch it, and finished the surgery by only inserting silicone into the bridge. I'm not sure about the kindness...^^
