As many reviews said the director is blunt, this was the first time I had ever seen someone this indifferent. The consultation manager sister had even warned me in advance... lol Still, I thought it was fine as long as the consultation itself went well, but there was hardly any back-and-forth conversation, and the 10,000 won consultation fee felt excessive. Even though it was a revision surgery, I was shocked by the record-high price..
