I had fat grafting under the eyes because people kept saying I looked very tired due to the lack of fat there. Originally I did not have much fat under my eyes, so it sinks quickly, and I am thinking of getting a second round. The director does not say much, but I personally think showing it through surgery is better than talking about it. I do not have any complaints up to the first round.
