The director really doesn't talk much.. Before the consultation, the nurses told me in advance that the director doesn't talk much but does answer when asked. They answered my questions well. The price range is high, so it might be worth going for someone needing revision surgery, but I would slightly not recommend it for a first surgery~ They seemed professional and capable.
