There is a brief meeting with the manager before seeing the director, and the manager told me in advance that the director isn't the very talkative type. And yes, he really wasn't talkative at all. Make sure you go in with your questions prepared. Still, he did speak briefly, and I did understand everything I heard. Since he's not talkative, I was fine with it. The clinic is quite famous for eyes, and if you want a natural-looking line, I think it's worth going for a consultation.
