The director is rather quiet. But if you ask, they answer kindly. After consulting with the director, I consulted with a nurse, and although it may feel less friendly than a hospital with a manager, I liked that they tried to answer my concerns kindly and in detail. On the contrary, because it was a nurse rather than a manager, it felt like a more professional hospital.
