Maybe because I went there when I was young... the doctor spoke so comfortably, as if talking to a granddaughter, T_T As for detailed explanations or why something could not be done? I felt like they did not properly explain it and just said it could not be done. I did not feel a very professional vibe either. And the manager.. why did she keep chiming in from the side? Hmm.. I went because the reviews were good.. T_T I was disappointed
