I am a man, and I had a bulbous nose and a fairly wide nasal base, but I decided on rhinoplasty because I wanted to look better. After an unsuccessful surgery at another hospital, I had nose surgery done here, and it has already been about 3 years now. My nose looks prettier than before, though it did not change dramatically. If my nose used to look ugly, now it is at least presentable. It looks much better than the artificial noses you see online. The doctor seems to operate without overdoing it. First of all, the doctor is very responsible. He does not act like he is done with surgery and wash his hands of you; he tells you to come anytime if there is a problem. When I actually developed inflammation, he took responsibility all the way through. In contrast, the manager is not great. Before surgery, they are like an angel, but after surgery, they have no sense of responsibility.
