I saw a lot of reviews saying they were rude, so I was secretly worried, but the front desk staff and the consultation manager were kinder than I expected. I didn’t choose a doctor, so the consultation was quick. It seems like you can only meet the head director if you specifically request him; I consulted with another doctor. He had a good impression and explained things kindly, without adding unnecessary options. In my case, he said I didn’t need nostril lowering. For nose surgery, it wasn’t expensive, and I thought the price was reasonable, but the artificial dermis material felt a bit off, and the reviews said some people ended up with uneven nostrils or reverted results, so it didn’t sit right with me and I didn’t book. The manager did ask when I would make the surgery reservation, but didn’t pressure me. As an aside, most of the patients seemed to be Chinese or Japanese. I saw staff at the waiting room handling foreign patients.
