First of all, when I went for the consultation, there weren't too many people, so it was quiet and nice. If there are too many people, it may mean it's popular, but I get anxious that the doctor won't be able to take care of me properly. The consultation manager had a slightly rude way of speaking, like half casual speech, which I'd already seen in other reviews too, so that was disappointing... The consultation with the director was really good. They were kind and seemed to focus on my complex, which I liked. But the difference from other hospital consultations was that they didn't touch my nose, and there wasn't any super detailed explanation? Like, no holding a skull while explaining or drawing pictures during the consultation. The before-and-after photos were natural too, so I really liked this place, but the consultation manager was a bit of a concern... So it's not my first choice for now, but I'm considering it as a place I would like to get surgery at
