The exterior of the building was just a typical building in Gangnam, but inside the hospital it felt like a 5-star hotel or a gallery. It was an extremely hot day, and they gave me something to drink as soon as I arrived, which was nice. While I was waiting, I looked at the before-and-after photos and handwritten reviews in the waiting room, and I thought, they really specialize in noses, and in terms of stability, this seems fine. I had the consultation in the order: manager -> director -> manager. The director was very calm and spoke gently. He explained the CT scan on a large screen and described it while looking at before-and-after photos of patients who had surgery. Next I talked with the manager about cost and about how many people came through referrals. A few days later they contacted me to ask whether I had any more questions, and I felt their attentiveness.
