Apparently the designated director can only operate one day on a specific date. I heard they don't even do surgeries here anymore or something like that, so I think they should have informed me by phone first. Anyway, I heard this during the manager consultation, and since they couldn't match the date I wanted, I couldn't get surgery with that director anyway... The consultation itself was also unprofessional. They suddenly brought up combining lower eyelid fat repositioning and another surgery that wasn't really necessary, as if both had to be done together. I also go to plastic surgery clinics a lot and have had small corrections here and there, but my under-eyes didn't even have bulging fat and there were no dark circles, they were clean... It wasn't even an area I was worried about. I doubted the esthetic sense of the coordinator or manager... You could see that the person had work done, and I don't know whether it was done here, but their face looked very unnatural and uncomfortable, so I thought it would be better not to do it at this hospital. The staff overall also looked like they didn't want to work...
