After my previous nose surgery, my septum was bent in an S shape, so breathing was extremely uncomfortable. Whenever I had even a little bit of rhinitis during seasonal changes, I had to breathe through my mouth, and it was terribly painful, but I am extremely satisfied with the functional part! For the cosmetic part, I replaced the old silicone with something as natural as possible and much lower than before, and it looks much more natural and pretty! There is still some swelling left, but I am very satisfied!
