As soon as I met the consultation manager, she started with a self-introduction and said, “The weather is so nice today~,” so I felt good right away! The whole hospital had a calm atmosphere, and the consultation manager explained things calmly too, and the director was also calm and thorough. They showed me before-and-after photos of other patients, so it was easy to understand what direction things would take. Other hospitals often give discounts through review events, but here they didn’t have anything like that, so I felt like the doctor’s pride was really high, and that made me trust them even more.
