They explained two options: only raising the bridge, or doing the tip as well. Since CT was optional, I did not take it and had the consultation. If I wanted the style I wanted, they said I did not have to shave down the hump if I did not want to, and if I did not want the tip done, I could just do the bridge. It seems like they leave all the choices to me. I do not think they are very proactive.
