I had a 3 mm silicone bridge and ear cartilage plus septum for the tip 2 years ago. I had the silicone removed at another hospital recently. It was very distressing. After removing it, I feel much better now, and I like the tip. But.. they had shaved the hump flat, and depending on the angle, that edge shows like a pimple. Seeing that made me very angry. I do not know if they never considered removing the silicone. The doctor's style was: 1. no opinion of his own. He only said later that he did everything the way I said. No solution offered. 2. For parts not discussed, he did it by textbook formula without considering my original face. The silicone start point had not been discussed, but he set it high. He said it was based on when the eyes are open. Thanks to that, for 2 years I lived with a slightly unnatural nose that was long like Lee Kwang-soo's. At least it was removed. If I could turn back time, I would not have had surgery here~
