Even though I went without a consultation appointment, they were kind, quickly understood my condition, and suggested alternatives, which I liked. The staff also seemed kind and professional, but they seemed to have a lot of surgeries, and it felt a bit hectic. It was also a little hard to get a surgery schedule.
