I consulted there about 5 years ago, so I don’t remember everything clearly, but I do remember that if you put down a reservation deposit, they gave a discount? I think they also said you could get a discount if you paid in cash. The reason I give the surgery expectation a 1 is that... four of my friends got double eyelid surgery there, and except for the friend who had buried stitches, the other three all ended up with something like sausage eyes? It was obviously a double eyelid line done at New Line. And maybe because not enough was taken from the eyes, a thread came out a few years later...? It was a shocking experience...
