I went for a nose surgery consultation, but when I went without an appointment they said it would take more than an hour, so I came back when there were fewer people. The second time I waited about 15 minutes and then had the consultation (no reservation). I consulted with the manager, and they just told me the basics, like, yes, yes, yes, you will have this surgery and the price is this. That was it haha Maybe because I went about 30 minutes before closing, the staff had blank expressions. I almost apologized and left;; They gave me a tablet and said to fill this out and wait. That was it?? I do not think I got much information.
