Can I mention the doctor's name? Just in case, I won't mention it. The tone was definitely not friendly, and among the 10 clinics I visited in person, this was the least friendly of all. The way they spoke felt mocking, and it upset me. Also, during my nose surgery consultation here, I was told that because my nose is small, there was a high chance they'd use donated rib cartilage. And I was given an estimate saying osteotomy would be necessary. But at the other 9 hospitals I visited, the opinions were that osteotomy should not be done and that donated rib cartilage would not be necessary. The rest is for you readers to judge^^
