The director looked over everything carefully, which put my mind at ease. They explained how the surgery would go and kept saying things like, “I’ll do this now,” in between, so I felt reassured. The result is still not out yet, but for the few days since the surgery, I am satisfied. I will come back after the swelling goes down haha. Also, maybe because the staff are busy, they do not feel particularly warm.
