I made a consultation appointment for surgery related to eye corner widening and visited, but there was a bit of a wait, and I do not know if it is similar elsewhere, but I had a brief consultation with someone who seemed like a coordinator and then left. It did not feel like a professional, detailed consultation, more like they were just explaining what they already knew? I guess that is because it was the manager or coordinator doing the consultation rather than the director?
