I thought I would only be able to consult with the manager, but they also let me consult with the surgeon, which was nice. The manager explained things in detail during the consultation, more than I expected, and among the five nearby clinics I visited, this one was the kindest. For me, it was just re-stitching an existing eyelid crease, so no matter where I went, they all said the same thing, and I did not ask much about the surgery, so I am not sure what to expect from the procedure itself. I did see a few bad reviews, so I am a little hesitant about the surgery. Still, the consultation itself was very satisfying. They explained things thoroughly and were kind.
