I had double eyelid surgery a few years ago. They said I didn't need canthoplasty, so I had an in-out line, but after a few years the line seems a little small, so I am thinking about revision surgery to a semi-out line. The double eyelid surgery itself is not noticeable, does not look like sausage, and seems to have turned out naturally and well .
