Even though I had a reservation, I was let in late, so I was a little annoyed, but the consultation manager was really kind. The director came to consult with me after surgery, and he was very meticulous, drawing things out to explain them. First there was a light consultation, then another consultation with the consultation manager again, and on the day of surgery they just do a light consultation before going into surgery.
