I understand there are a lot of people, but the waiting time is way too long. I waited about an hour and a half just to consult with the director, and after that it seemed like I waited another 15 to 20 minutes to talk with the consultation manager. It felt almost like they were leaving the waiting customers unattended and just pretending to be busy, to the point that it seemed like they were treating customers like suckers. When I asked about the surgical method, they said the materials would be septal cartilage and silicone, but they explained the process too vaguely, so I did not really get a good impression.
