I had only a septal cartilage and ear cartilage nose tip surgery 8 years ago, and it was so natural that people around me didn’t even know I’d had a nose job T_T I just had pain and was really disappointed with it. At the time, the director seems to have focused too much on making it natural. I’m thinking about revision surgery these days.
