I went to ask about nose surgery, and because it was a large hospital, there was a separate desk dedicated to foreign patients. While waiting I met the manager, and to me they felt somewhat businesslike, and the doctor also explained things in a way that felt like a set hospital curriculum. So, considering the size of the hospital, it didn't feel warm to me.
