I went for a consultation through a recommendation from someone I know, and overall the clinic seems okay. Since it's such a famous clinic, there are also a lot of foreigners. I was satisfied with the part where the doctor consulted with me, and the manager didn't give off that salesman-like feeling like some other managers do.
