There is a fee just for consultation if you don’t go ahead with surgery. But because of that, they were very specific during the consultation. My nose is a hump nose with severe asymmetry, and they said that to make it natural, they would have to shave the bone along the asymmetrical contour. At the hospitals I had been to before, they were more like, “Just do it,” but here I got the strong impression that they were consulting in a way tailored to the shape of my individual face
