The doctor is kind, But seriously... the person who handled the consultation is the worst. They had a bob haircut and looked a bit mean, and since this was a revision eyelid surgery that required caution, I wanted to get consultations from several places and think carefully before deciding. After the consultation, I said I would think a little more and contact them, but they pressured me hard, saying it would be canceled immediately if I did not decide right then. I was already emotionally worn down and had been worrying a lot because it was a revision surgery, but they pushed me very hard... I had dinner plans after the consultation, and I ended up being 30 minutes late because I was stuck there worrying. In the end, I did not get the revision surgery here. Overall, the consultation manager was not the one performing the surgery, but explained things in extreme detail as if they were the one doing it, while the doctor, who actually would do the surgery, explained things with no detail at all, so I had no trust whatsoever.
