The wait was not that long, but the surgeon explained things so carelessly that I felt awkward. It sounded like they were explaining something, but I could not tell whether they were talking to me or just muttering to themselves T_T They kept talking while looking at photos, but I could not hear it well and felt upset. Even when I asked questions, they just said no and acted like they did not want to hear it, so I left without saying anything. The manager was extremely kind.
