The director was really calm and explained everything comfortably, and said I could ask anything if I had questions, but I had not thought of any questions, so I could not say anything. Then they told me the kinds of questions people usually ask, which was nice. But I do not think it was worth a consultation fee, so 4 stars. I have nothing to say about the desk staff... The facilities are good, and I decided to have surgery here, so I will give 5 stars for my expectation that it will go well and leave it at that, ,,"},
