I went there after consulting at a lot of places, still half skeptical.. I wanted a flashy nose for my small nose, so I had a second consultation and then got surgery with autologous costal cartilage.. The result is extremely satisfying. Still, I think it came out as the best possible shape for a small nose. If you like a natural, round nose, I do not recommend it. It is flashy, the tip is pulled out more, and the nose is a bit sharp... The doctor’s post-op care was also fine.
