At first I had booked a consultation with a different director, but I had to change it the day before, and they changed it right away, which was nice! I consulted with the head director, who was cheerful and explained things in detail. It seemed like they would take good care of me after the surgery, and they answered every question one by one. The manager also did not pressure me about the deposit
