I had an appointment for a consultation, but I had to change it the day before, and they changed it right away without any special procedure, which was nice. I got my consultation with the chief surgeon, and he was kind and explained things in detail. I also felt like they would take good care of me after the surgery. He answered every question one by one, and the manager also did not push for a deposit.
