I went after visiting other hospitals and looking around, and the head coordinator was very kind. The director was nice too, but I should say he looked really exhausted or tired, and it seemed like he was doing surgery back-to-back all day. Still, he was kind, which I liked, and they said same-day reservations were discounted, but that didn't really matter to me. Go in with peace of mind for the consultation! There were tons of people.
