I went in for a consultation about a short nose and a long nose. The consultation was kind, but when I asked about things outside the surgery itself, the explanation felt a bit lacking, which was disappointing. They explained things in a fairly plain, straightforward way. The facilities and that sort of thing were really good, but the doctor I had already planned to see was off that day, which was disappointing.
