I only got a double-eyelid consultation at Ruby haha I waited quite a bit longer than my appointment time, but the staff apologized for making me wait so long and offered me tea, so that was fine. The director's consultation was ordinary and they gave a big discount, but... the pressure to pay a deposit was quite strong, which was burdensome.
