There was a bit of a wait, but the manager was kind. Since it was my second consultation and I had warmed up, I asked about all sorts of things, and they answered everything patiently, which was nice. They did not recommend other procedures excessively. They said I did not have to do it if I was worried about side effects, but I did get a little turned off by the talk about the reservation deposit,,
