I had surgery there about 3 years ago, when there was a female doctor. I barely did any in-person research and chose Ruby out of two clinics, but in the end, my natural adhesion came undone. Looking at reviews, I also saw posts from people who had surgery around the same time as me saying they ended up asymmetrical like me and the adhesion came undone. The consultation manager was really bad. They were extremely sales-driven and pushed me hard for a deposit. I had gone in because of a revision surgery too, and maybe they could tell I did not want to do it, because they kept asking whether I would really do it, and when I said I would, they kept telling me to pay even 50,000 won or 10,000 won first and just set the schedule as if it were a consultation fee.. In the end I treated it as a consultation fee and just paid it away.. haha And no matter how much they said it was natural adhesion, it felt absurd that it came undone in just 3 years. When I said that, they still recommended natural adhesion again for the revision surgery.. haha And the manager said it was because I kept rubbing my eyes often.. They were blaming me, and I thought if something happened again and it failed again, it would probably be handled in the same way, so I am just going to do it somewhere else. The doctor who treated me 3 years ago was meticulous and calm, which I liked, but in the end what they said would not come undone did come undone.
