The consultation itself was good, but the consultation manager pushed so hard for a same-day booking that I ended up paying a small reservation deposit with the condition that I could get it refunded. From the manager onward, they kept pressuring me to book, and the surgical consultation did not really convince me either, so I had the surgery at another hospital.
