The front desk staff were so unfriendly it was uncomfortable.. Even on the phone, their tone was stiff. Not everyone was like that though. The consultant I spoke with was kind lol. The doctor spoke clearly and was easy to understand. I did try shaping the line, but it was just so-so.. They subtly tried to push a same-day booking by saying there was a discount difference, and kept emphasizing the doctor’s long experience in eye surgery.
