I had it done 3 years ago, and now it has loosened, so I am looking into a revision surgery.. Before surgery they were kind, but after surgery when I said the swelling was severe and asked for some aftercare, they said it was not that bad.. There is definitely a feeling that they ghost you after surgery. The director was okay overall, but I originally wanted an inner-out line and they made it semi-out, so... that was not as bad as I expected, but I do not know if it is because of my swelling tendency, but it only became somewhat presentable after about 8 months. They made the line higher than what we had discussed And after surgery they looked at it for only 10 seconds and then rushed off. The manager pushes double-eyelid surgery and is against canthoplasty. They also push same-day booking.
