Maybe because I went on a referral, I was assigned to a VIP room. Waiting was done inside the room! At first, the manager gave a brief explanation and then left the room. After that I waited, and once the director came in, the explanation started! The explanation was detailed, and after that the consultation manager wrapped things up. It was a bit off that the discount was only possible if I booked on the same day, but since the eyes were a success.. I'm satisfied.
